Valerio Garbini

Valerio was born in Rome, the Eternal City, where he also completed his university studies, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Rome “Foro Italico.” He later earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University — a milestone that shapes the way he teaches today, placing the learner at the center of the process and helping students build confidence and real skills step by step.

His work in soccer gave him the opportunity to live and experience life between Europe and Dubai before settling in the United States. Today he shares his passion for language and culture as an Italian instructor at Casa Italiana Language School in Washington, DC, bringing the language and traditions of his home country to new students.

He is a native Italian speaker and fluent in English, and he loves helping people learn a second or third language, understanding all the challenges and the beauty of this journey.
