Enrollment Process:

Enrollment can be processed online through this website; please refer to our enrollment system.

Enrollment Policy: 

NOTE: The schedule above is for courses that meet once per week for 12 weeks. Intensive courses meet 2 days per week for 6 weeks. Cooking and all special courses have different schedules which are shown on each course details page. ​

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT: Must be completed by the start of the course.

​RETURNED CHECKS: Will incur a $50 fee.

DISCOUNTS: 

– 5% family discount (inquire at the school office) for all language courses.
– 5% referral discount for each referring student as well the new student (inquire at the school office) for all the language courses. Please note that is not possible to enroll online if you need a discount, we invite you to call our office. 

REFUND POLICY:  

School-Initiated Cancellation & Low Enrollment: The Casa Italiana Language School reserves the right to cancel any course or program due to insufficient enrollment or other extenuating circumstances. In the event of such a cancellation, CILS will provide written notice to all enrolled individuals at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled start date.

Full Refund: A complete reimbursement of all tuition and fees paid for the cancelled course.

 
Course Transfer: You may transfer your enrollment and any paid funds to another available course.
 
Account Credit: You will receive full credit toward future tuition or programs within the same academic year.
 
  • A full refund will be issued if the class is full at the time your registration is received.
  • A full refund will be issued if the class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment (a minimum of 4 students/class is required).
  • Students who withdraw from a course at least three business days prior to the first class are eligible for a full refund. Written notification must be submitted to CILS no later than three business days before the course start date.
  • Students who withdraw after attending one class session are eligible for a refund of 70% of the tuition. Any applicable fees related to the refund must be paid.
  • Students who withdraw after attending two class sessions are eligible for a 60% tuition refund. The applicable refund processing fee must be paid.
  • No refunds are given to students who withdraw after three class meetings, except in extenuating circumstances (e.g., health), in which case a pro-rated refund or future course credit may be offered.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days following receipt of the cancellation notice.
