Enrollment process:
 
To enroll you can:
- download the Registration Form, fill it up and send us back by email or fax. Someone will call you back to proceed with the payment (check, credit card, cash).
- do it online through our enrollment system.
 
Discounts – 5% family discount (inquire at the school office) for all language courses /  5% referral discount for each referring student as well the new student (inquire at the school office) for all the language courses. Online enrollment is not possible if you are requesting a discount. Please call our office. 
Refunds – only in the event that:
•The class is full at the time your registration is received.
•The class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment (a minimum of 8 students/class is required).
•The class is cancelled by CILS for any other reason.
•The student notifies CILS in writing 5 business days prior to the start of all the courses of the Summer Session
 
Returned checks: A $32 fee will be charged;
 
Cancellation: For announcements of class cancellation due to inclement weather or other reasons  call 202-638-1348 or check our website : www.casaitalianaschool.org. The office is closed Friday & Saturday.
 
 
Placement Test:
 
We want to make sure all our students have the best possible experience here at Casa Italiana Language School.

To ensure that each student is placed in the ideal class for his or her objectives and knowledge level, we ask prospective students to take a placement test*, a written test of the duration of approximately 30 minutes, administered here at Casa Italiana.  

The cost for the placement test is $25 (payable on the day of the test.) The fee is refunded with enrollment and payment in one of our language courses.

 

Placement tests are administered by appointment only. To schedule a placement test or to learn more about it, fill out the form above or contact us.

 

Please, note that placement tests must be scheduled at least 15 days before the beginning of a semester.
