Lina Gioia

Lina Gioia, originally from Naples, is a teacher in Italian language and culture with extensive experience in international academic contexts. She holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures with a philological and literary focus and a master's degree in teaching Italian as a Foreign Language from the University for Foreigners of Perugia. She has further developed her expertise by completing numerous professional development courses in the field of teaching Italian as a second and foreign language (L2/LS) and also holds the DILS I and II certifications issued by the University for Foreigners of Perugia.

She has taught Italian language and culture at the Italian Cultural Institute in Libya and Guatemala, at the University of Foreign Languages in Baku (Azerbaijan), and at the University of Sassari in Italy and at the University of Sofia in Bulgaria.
