Description : “Simply Spring” begins with a taste of the Ionian Sea and the fertile soil of Siracusa. This week we blend the best of the garden with the best of the sea.

All cooking classes take place at Casa Italiana on Third and F Sts. N.W. Washington, D.C. Chefs and lecturers have a long and proved experience and are native Italians. All lectures are conducted in English.
The purpose of these classes is promoting the REAL Italian cousine and the culture that has spearheaded the Italian cooking style and diet, therefore attendees will walk away with great receipes, lessons from experts, a wonderful meal and a sense of accomplishment. Classes are participatory and complemented with wine.
